With ADHD in the mix, organizing my life used to feel like a never-ending battle, leaving me overwhelmed more often than not. I dealt with weight gain, stubborn acne, and even found myself in a creative rut with my work. And in the midst of it all, I faced the heart-wrenching loss of my baby niece.


This new way of journaling? It's been a complete life-changer:

• I kissed goodbye to 35 pounds

• revamped my habits and daily routine

• Started a brand-new business

• Seriously, I transformed into someone I hardly recognized

Why I Created This Journal

Picture this: a whirlwind of to-do's, deadlines, and dreams swirling around. It was my ADHD diagnosis that sparked the creation of the Best Me Journal. I wanted a journal that not only organized my life but also championed ME. Traditional planners were good, but not great. So, I decided to create —a journal that empowers you to conquer tasks, build transformative habits, and embrace a BETTER you. My personal success story with this journal fuels my passion to share it with you. My own experience with this journal showed me that even the seemingly impossible can become possible.
