Is it an agenda or a journaling?
It’s both! The Best Me Journal blends the structure of a planner with the flexibility of a journal. Its planner functions keep you organized, while its journaling space allows for personal reflection and growth. It’s designed to help you stay on track while creating space for intentional reflection and personal growth.
Why was it created?
The Best Me Journal was designed for more than just stationery lovers. We wanted to create a simple, intuitive system that helps you manage the many tasks and thoughts that come with modern life. It brings together planning and journaling in one place, making organization feel less like a chore and more like a meaningful daily ritual.
With this journal, you can time-block your days, map out your month and year, and keep track of to-dos in a calm, clutter-free way.
Does this journal last all year?
No, this is a quarterly journal. It’s designed to help you focus on one season at a time, which makes long-term planning feel more manageable. The undated format gives you flexibility to use it at your own pace, whether you’re planning a full schedule or simply checking in with yourself on slower days.
What are the dimensions?
The journal measures 7 x 10 inches (A4+). It offers a spacious layout that allows for thoughtful planning without taking up too much space on your desk or in your bag.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping so that you can receive your order wherever you are in the world.
Ritual Teas
Are the teas caffeine free?
Yes, all three of our blends are completely caffeine-free.
Are they organic?
Our teas are made without preservatives or additives. However, they are not certified organic.
Are the teas FDA approved?
Yes, all of our teas are FDA approved.
Will the Sleepy Rituals Tea help me sleep?
There are no active additives in any of our teas, including Sleepy Rituals. While it won’t make you drowsy, it can be a soothing part of your evening routine.
Will the Rising Ritual Tea give me energy?
Rising Ritual does not contain caffeine or stimulants. It’s designed to be refreshing and flavorful, without any added ingredients to boost energy.
How should I store the tea?
We recommend storing your tea in a cool, dark place: like a cupboard or drawer, to maintain freshness and flavor.
Can I use the teas to make mocktails?
Absolutely. Our teas are a great addition to mocktails. Brew your favorite blend and use it as a base or pour it over your drink as a flavorful, aromatic garnish.
Can I drink the teas cold instead of hot?
Yes, our teas can be enjoyed iced. For the best flavor, we suggest brewing the tea in hot water first, letting it cool, and then adding ice. Steeping directly in cold water works too, but takes more time to extract flavor and color.
Can I add milk to these teas?
We don’t recommend adding milk to blends that contain hibiscus, such as Relaxing Ritual and Sleepy Ritual. Hibiscus is naturally acidic and may cause the milk to curdle. However, if you're enjoying Cacao Cravings, milk (or a milk alternative) pairs wonderfully and can enhance its rich, comforting flavor.
Why don’t you ship teas outside of the U.S.?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. Expanding internationally is a top priority for us, but due to varying food import regulations, it’s a more complex process. We’ll share updates on our Instagram as soon as international shipping becomes available.
Do the teas contain any allergens?
All of our blends are free from common allergens like nuts, dairy, and gluten. However, please note that Sleepy Ritual contains coconut, which may be considered an allergen for some individuals. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list for each blend and consulting with your healthcare provider before use.
Shipping and Handling
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3 to 14 business days inside of the U.S., depending on current demand. Delivery time will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, redelivery fees, or packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Who covers redelivery costs if my order is returned?
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Do I need to pay duties or tariffs for international orders?
Yes. International customers may be required to pay import duties or taxes based on their country’s regulations and the declared value of the items. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery. We do not control these charges and cannot predict the amount you may be required to pay.
How long will customs clearance take for international orders?
Customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control. While we ship orders promptly, delays at customs are the responsibility of the destination country.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package shows as delivered but is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace or refund packages that are marked as delivered. If your tracking shows that the package was never shipped or is still in our possession, please reach out to us at support@offlinehumans.com and we’ll assist you.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
No. At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Can I combine discount codes or promotions?
Some of our discounts and promotions cannot be combined at checkout. Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
